We guarantee workmanship for 12 months. We will call back free of charge on a recall.

What happens if your engineer makes the problem worse?

We will call back free of charge to rectify any issue. All our engineers are fully insured.

Do you charge extra for an out-of-hours call-out?

What happens if one of your engineers damages my property?

We take the utmost care when on customers' property. However, if a problem arises we are fully insured and we will make sure it is put right.

Do you have any hidden charges?

No, we are fully transparent on hourly rates and pricing. If further additional work is required, our engineers will quote you on-site and only proceed with your agreement on the initial call-out.

What happens if you don't have the part to fix the problem?

We aim to visit the site once and fix it once. If we do need a spare part, we will attempt to source the part that day and carry out the repair the same day.

Will you charge more than your 1st call-out fee?

No, provided we don't need additional parts and we can fix the problem within the 1st hour.
